The Global Cities Dialogue and the city of Helsinki are honoured to welcome its members and guests to the tenth Mayors'Summit and General Assembly Meeting to be held on 2 & 3 November 2009.

On this special occasion GCD will share with the participants the experience of Telepresence from Madrid, Bangalore, Buenos Aires and Viña del Mar friendly supported by Cisco, keynote speeches made by our special guests and three Mini Round Tables based on the issues of the GCD Action Plan 2009-2010 and namely :"Mobile Public Services", "Digital Solidarity" and "ICT and Climate Change".

The participants of these round tables are high political representatives of GCD and special guests who will dialogue and bring their outputs by sharing their experiences and know-how. Thanks to all actors involved in the preparations of this historical event: members and their sherpas, observer members and business partners.
