On the occasion of the 10th Anniversary Celebration of the Global Cities Dialogue [GCD] the GCD-official homepage has been redesigned in order to meet the challenge of providing to 200 cities the opportunity to create their own news and in this vein to share their latest experiences almost in real-time.
