The French city of METZ welcomes the Sherpas of the Steering Committee who will gather on 29 October 2010 in order to finalise the preparations of the 11th Summit of Mayors to be held in Rufisque, Senegal. 

The sherpas will meet at the city hall of Metz and following draft agenda has been proposed from 9:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.:

1) GCD Mayors' Summit 2010 in Rufisque & General Assembly Meeting

• Draft agenda to be finalised;
• Budget;
• Preparations of the elections;
• Action Plan 2011-2012;
• Spring Summit 2011.
  

2) Short report by the sherpas and observer members

As the host of the meeting, the city of Metz, capital city of the Lorraine region and home of the brand new Centre Pompidou-Metz (CPM), will organise a visit of the CPM that is scheduled from 4:00 p.m - 6:30 p.m.

Metz works for providing innovative tools to the citizens of Metz as well as to the citizens of the Quattropole network which Metz is belonging to.
