15:00 p.m. – 16:30 p.m.	Launch of the Guro Space - Dolisie’s Municipal Library & Multimedia Centre Welcome address by the Mayor of Dolisie, Mr Paul Adam DIBOUILOU Address by the Mayor of Guro, Mr Sung LEE Cutting of the symbolic ribbon
16:45 p.m. – 18:00 p.m.	Meeting of the Korean delegation with key Dolisie business people Motivation address by the Mayor of Guro, Mr Sung LEE Networking
18:00 p.m.	Transfer to the hotel. Relaxing time
19:30 p.m. – 22:00 p.m.	Dinner at "Lac Thomas" riverside restaurant, Foralac District, offered by Dolisie

Morning	Transfer and participation to - Congo-Brazzaville’s 51st Independence Celebration Procession -
12:00 a.m. – 14:00 p.m.	African meal (lunch) at the "Lac Bleu" tourist site
14:30 p.m. – 17:00 p.m	Meeting of the Global Cities Dialogue Africa Zone“Consultation on the Development of Strategies to Promote Digital Solidarity in Africa” Welcome address by: Director of Cooperation of Dolisie, GCD-Sherpa Opening speeches by: Mayor of Dolisie, Vice-President of the GCD Africa Zone Mayor of Guro, Vice-President of the GCD Asia Zone Discussion with the invited delegations: participation of around 20 African cities and invited guests
17:30 p.m. – 18:00 p.m.	Internal meeting between the GCD-Vice Presidents for Asia and Africa discussing strategies for the continent.
18:30 p.m.	Transfer to the hotel. Relaxing time.
20:30 p.m. – 23:00 p.m.	Gala dinner for the Independence Celebration of Congo-Brazzaville in the residence of the Governor of the Region of Niari & Donation of souvenir gifts. Transfer to the hotel
