The members of the Global Cities Dialogue work together on specific areas according to their interest and expertise, both at the city and the network level.
The Action Plan for 2011-2012 was adopted during the annual General Assembly Meeting 2010 and following priorities have been set by the General Assembly:
In accordance with these priority areas, three so called Task Groups were created to coordinate the members' work efficiently. The Task Groups are led respectively by
(1) the city of Issy-les-Moulineaux (France)
(2) the city of Cologne (Germany)
(3) the city of Dolisie (Republic of congo) supported by the NGO "Senegal und Freunde e.V.".
